What it is
LiteInk is a collection of production-grade Astro templates designed for builders who care about performance, SEO, and clean design. Born from real client work, each template ships with zero JavaScript by default, config-driven customization, and Cloudflare Pages deployment out of the box.
What’s included
- Free themes (open source, MIT): Margin — an agent-native blog theme with MCP server and structured API endpoints. PALE — a magazine editorial theme.
- Premium templates: MagazineNews, Nodus, BioGenix, FinFlow, InkDocs, and more. Each comes with a config.ts single source of truth, component architecture, and full SEO suite.
- Ink CMS: An open-source headless CMS built with Next.js 15, designed to pair with Astro static sites. Runs on Cloudflare Workers with D1 + R2 + KV.
Why it exists
Most Astro templates are either too opinionated or too bare. LiteInk templates hit the sweet spot: enough structure to ship fast, enough flexibility to make it yours. No build step complexity, no runtime JavaScript unless you add it.
